ARSHAYA JEWELS – Return, Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Return / Refund Request Window

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours (2 days) of product delivery.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Once a request is submitted, Arshaya Jewels’ support team will contact the customer within 48 hours.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Policy (Video Proof Required)

  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Outer packaging
    • Seal opening
    • Product inside the package
  • Return or refund requests without proper unboxing video and photos will not be accepted.
  • In case of damaged, missing, or defective products, the issue will be verified based on the video proof.
  • Final approval of the return/refund request is subject to verification by the Arshaya Jewels team.

3. Return Approval Process

  • If the Arshaya Jewels team confirms that the product is genuinely damaged or defective, the return request will be approved.
  • If the damage is found to be caused by customer handling or misuse, the request may be rejected.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully verified.
  • Refund processing time is up to 15 working days.
  • **Refund Amount:
    • Only 70% of the product value will be refunded**
    • 30% will be retained by Arshaya Jewels as handling and processing charges
  • Full refunds are not applicable.

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account or UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe).

5. Product Tag & Seal Policy

  • All jewellery products are shipped with original tags and seals.
  • Customers are advised to remove the tag only after complete satisfaction with the product.
  • Products with removed, damaged, or broken tags/seals will not be eligible for return or refund.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
  • In case of unavoidable delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

8. Care & Maintenance Disclaimer

  • To maintain the shine and quality of jewellery, avoid exposure to:
    • Perfumes
    • Water
    • Chemicals
  • Arshaya Jewels will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper handling, misuse, or wear and tear.
