Replacement Policy

At Arshaya Jewels, we aim to deliver quality jewellery and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Window

  • Replacement requests are accepted within 2 months (60 days) from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 2 months will not be eligible for replacement.

Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will be provided only in the following case:

  • Colour fading (excluding normal wear and tear)

Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Damage caused due to misuse, water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or rough handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance sale or discounted products (if mentioned on the product page)
  • Any physical damage such as breakage, bending, cracks, or parts (including chain, hook, lock, or stone) being broken or damaged will not be eligible for replacement. Replacement is applicable only in cases of colour fading, subject to verification.

Replacement Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original box, packaging, and tags must be intact
  • Before and after images of the product are mandatory for all replacement requests
  • Requests without proper images may be rejected

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is not provided for replacement orders
  • Replacement shipping charges must be borne by the customer

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided
  • Replacement is offered only once per order

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 2 months of delivery
  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and before & after product images
  3. Our team will review and verify the request
  4. Once approved, replacement instructions will be shared
