Privacy Policy

1. Return/Refund Request Window

Customers must raise a return/refund request within 5 days of delivery.

Requests after 5 days will not be eligible for refund or return.

2. Refund Timeline


Once the return is approved and product is received in its original condition, refund will be initiated.

The refunded amount will be credited to the customerโ€™s bank account within 15 to 30 business days (depending on the bankโ€™s processing time).

Delivery Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

Customers can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days, depending on their location.

In case of any unavoidable delay, customers will be notified via email/phone.

3. Unboxing Policy (Mandatory Video Proof)


Customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the product package.

The video should clearly show the outer packaging, unsealing, and product inside.

If there is any damage, missing item, or defect, only video proof will be accepted for refund/replacement.

Without a video, refund or replacement claims may not be entertained.

5. Product Tag Policy


All jewellery items come with tags & seals for authentication.

Customers should only remove the tags once they are completely satisfied with the product.

Products with removed or broken tags will not be eligible for return/refund.

6. Cancellation Policy (Extra Suggestion)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Care & Maintenance Disclaimer (Extra Suggestion)


Avoid exposure to perfumes, water, or chemicals to maintain the shine of jewellery.

Arshaya Jewels will not be responsible for damage due to improper handlingย orย use.
